For my whole life I have believed in
Ayurveda. To use its principles in a practical way, to make it available to
someone who has the crazy schedule I often have, is what I was seeking. It is
what many of us seek but do not find in easy, portable ways. Bhaswati does
that. She makes it practical while preserving the authenticity.
